The advertised rental rates for all of our properties reflect a $25.00 discount off of the normal rental rate. This discount applies when the
rent is paid in full, the account balance is zero and the rental payment is postmarked on or before the 1^st of the month. The discount will only apply if these conditions are met. The lease will reflect the full rental rate and list this discount as detailed above.
